Refund policy

We want her to love her set! If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible: items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging attached.

How to start a return: email us at hello@shopgrlactive.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges: need a different size or color? Email us and we’ll help you exchange it.

Damaged or incorrect items: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Amazon orders: items purchased on Amazon are covered by Amazon’s return policy. Please start those returns through your Amazon account.
