What is a pre-sale?
A pre-sale is your exclusive chance to shop our most popular Amazon dancewear styles before they ever hit Amazon Fulfillment. It's our way of giving back to the dance families who support this brand, and during pre-sale week we offer our best discount of the year: $20 off every set.
Is a "set" one matching piece, or do I need to buy two separate items?
A "set" simply means a top and a bottom — you'll add both to your cart as two separate items, not one bundled product. Mix and match any top with any bottom you like; the $20 pre-sale discount applies per set (one top + one bottom).
Why does GRL Active do pre-sales?
We started pre-sales as a way to say thank you to the dance families who support GRL Active. It gives you first access to our newest styles at our best price of the year, before they ever make it to Amazon — our way of putting our community first.
When will my order ship?
Your order ships within 48 business hours of purchase. We'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Will I be charged today?
Yes — you'll be charged in full at checkout. Since this product is already on hand, there's no wait for production; your order is simply reserved and ready to ship or pick up right away.
Can I change or cancel my pre-Amazon sale order?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate size or color changes, as long as your items have not shipped.
What if a size or color sells out?
Pre-sale quantities are limited, so once a size or color sells out during the sale, it won't be restocked until it's available in our Amazon store. We'll email you when new inventory or new styles drop. Worried about missing the pre-sale? Don't be — our Amazon pricing is still family-friendly, and you can't beat next-day shipping!
What's your return or exchange policy?
We totally understand that finding the right fit in dancewear can be tricky — as a mom of four dancers, this is something we deal with all the time! We're always happy to work with you to get the fit right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging, tags, and postcard still attached. Because Pre-Amazon Sale items are priced to move quickly ahead of Amazon Fulfillment, please request any return or exchange within 7 days of delivery so we can keep our inventory on schedule.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size or color, or refunded as store credit; customers are responsible for return shipping. And if you happen to miss the window, don't worry — once a style makes it to Amazon, it's backed by Amazon's own generous return policy. Just know the Pre-Amazon Sale pricing (including our $20-off deal) is hard to beat, so it's worth snagging your pieces while they're here!
